Chad is originally from Bloomington, MN, and graduated from Jefferson Senior High School.  He then went on to The University of Minnesota and earn a degree in Journalism.  Chad also served 10 Years in the United States Army where he was awarded NCO of the year honors twice, and earned the Army Achievement Medal 3 times.  Chad became a part of the Town Mortage team with his wife Molly in June, 2005.  He is involved with many community activities, is a firefighter for The Elk River Fire Department, and is also part of the Elk River Chamber of Commerce "Leadership Elk River" program with Molly, and plays on many sports teams himself.  Chad handles all of the I.T. and marketing for Town Mortgage, and helps keep the company involved with the community in many different ways.
